My hair care consists mostly of MoroccanOil products. I've been using this brand for 6 years and haven't been able to switch over. No shampoo gets my hair as soft, shiny, or smooth. I CAN NOT live without the oil treatment! I use the oil treatment at least twice a day....When my hair is damp after showering and before I go to bed. I apply this treatment sparingly to my ends. I'm a true addict. I have naturally oily hair and my hair never seems to get oily after using the oil treatment. DO NOT use in your roots....that'll will be a BIG mistake!
What I use everyday:
Shampoo: Moroccan Oil Volume
Conditioner: Moroccan Oil Repair
Oil Treatment: Original Oil Treatment
Moroccan Oil Hairspray
If I'm wanting to remove heavy product residue from my hair, such as a big event that involved lots of hairspray and teasing I use the Moroccan Oil leave in conditioner after using a drug store brand shampoo. The leave in conditioner helps remove all those nasty teasing nests and leaves your hair silky, while the shampoo strips my hair from all the junk. Paraben-Sulfate-Phosphate free shampoo such as the Moroccan Oil products do not strip your hair from good oils that your hair needs which is great for everyday! Shampoos with all the "bad stuff" are good for stripping residue from your hair, such as product build up!
